    Cons Of Working At Siliconnerd

    1. The environment is very chaotic. You will be working in a small, cramped space with more than 30 other people. There are no rules and the environment is very chaotic.
    2. The workplace culture is very different from most companies out there. SiliconNerd employees work hard and play even harder, which can make it extremely difficult to work with them daily.
    3. The salaries are not that great for the location in which you are working as well as for your experience level in the field of programming and tech industry-related job roles
    4. If you want to advance up the ladder, it gets extremely difficult due to the number of people that are hired into this company every year or so because of their high demand for software engineers and other highly skilled programmers
    5. The entry-level tech support position pays $9 an hour, after taxes (if applicable) your take-home pay will be around $12-$13 an hour which isn’t much considering that you will be working more than 40 hours a week
    6. The company is not very good at giving you the proper training and education on the job, which can make it difficult to advance in your career.
    7. Some people are not treated very well at this company by their peers, which can be extremely demotivating when you have bills to pay and things that need to get done.

    Conclusion

If you’re looking for a professional growth opportunity with a company that has a great reputation, a well-established brand, and plenty of flexibility, SiliconNerd is an excellent choice. SiliconNerd has opportunities for people who are new to the industry as well as experienced professionals.
